Common questions
Do I need an installer?
No. Our kits come with ready-made cables and the recorder is set up to find the cameras automatically. If you’d rather not do it yourself, we can install it for you.
Can I watch the cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every recorder we sell works with a free app for iPhone and Android, so you can see live video and recordings from anywhere.
What’s the difference between IP and HD analog cameras?
IP cameras use network cable that carries both power and video (PoE) and give the sharpest picture. HD analog cameras use coax cable and are a good choice when you are upgrading an older system and want to reuse the existing wiring.
How do I pay?
Place your order on the site and we’ll call or message you to confirm. You can pay cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or by card in our shop.
Can I return something?
Yes, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. Faulty items are covered by warranty.
